Come In Lib To See New Bldg Pics

Stop by the library to see some updated renderings--still a work in process-- of our new building.
"When I look at some of these renderings," says one of the librarians, "it makes me feel like I'm inside the new building and looking down from the second level."
Visit the library and see for yourselves. For comments or questions about the new library project please contact Sam Passey, Library Director, at passey [at] co.uintah.ut.us

"Digital Photos & Scrapbooks" Series.

TRANSFER PHOTOS FROM CAMERA TO COMPUTER (Jan. 4th.): Tonight's workshop is the first of four workshops in this month's, "Digital Photos & Scrapbooks" series. Bring your camera & learn how to transfer digital photos from your camera to your computer. Once your photos are on your computer, you can then copy them to CDs/DVDs or flash drives. This workshop leads into next week's workshop entitled "Editing photos in Picasa."

During last week's workshop, you learned how to edit photos using "Picasa." This week, you'll learn how to upload those photos to Shutterfly.com where you can design creative digital scrapbooks. We will also discuss other methods beside Shutterfly.com to create digital scrapbooks.
After you participate in this workshop, you'll be all ready for next week's "Sharing your digital photos and scrapbooks online" workshop.

SHARING DIGITAL PHOTOS & SCRAPBOOKS ONLINE (Jan. 25th.): During last week's workshop, you learned how to make digital scrapbooks on Shutterfly.com. This week, you will learn how to share your digital photos & scrapbooks via Facebook, email &/or blogs.
